Why is the fried chicken cutlet at this branch so unappetizing? It's neither spicy nor salty enough, and it's far inferior to the one at Ipoh Parade.

The food was served too slowly; they didn't inform the guests that the food was ready, and then they complained that the guests hadn't asked.

I’m so weird seller know to use the food clip to clip the chicken from the hot pot is because the ready chicken is hot to take with hand and then serve to customer dine in just using a thin paper bag without cutting and cutlery. But if you purchase the happy bento which means with rice then they will cut the chicken for you We request politely few time to cut the hot chicken Cashier answer us can’t help cause CCTV monitor what they are doing. We won’t embarrass cashier just embarrass own hand and others customer hand!
