I had an unpleasant experience at this branch. The staff’s attitude was rude, and the service was extremely slow. I was also informed that only one customer can open an account per day, which is quite unreasonable. I hope the management looks into improving both service efficiency and staff behaviour.

This is a bank of a slowest, sloppiest service that I've ever been. Account opening would cost 3hours++ of your time even only 5 queue number.

Slowest bank service ever! Wasted time, better choose bank lain

Super slow service. Every time coming, got 4 counters, sometimes only 2 counters open. If got client do for documentation, why never use other officers doing this. Why counter for cash bank in or withdraw all using for documentation or solving problems? The system is super slow. Keep waiting and waiting .
