Peak hour with around 20 people in line, yet only one staff member was serving customers. Another staff member was behind the counter using their phone instead of helping. Long waits and many children became unhappy. Very poor management and professionalism

There was no water served which we got in other ice-cream outlet. For example at Swensen in Thailand, we didn't have to ask, they served water even before the ice-cream. Hopefully Baskin Robbins can learn from them. It would be so helpful.
