Not systematic. Please do like KL branch, whoever come to buy handpack on 31st discount need to make payment 1st. Don’t let customer standing at the counter while waiting for their order. The place become crowded.

Who doesn't love ice cream especially Baskin Robbins though? Obviously pricey but worth your money.

The ice cream is iconic however, it was a little bit frozen and icy disappointingly. Service was okay. They seemed understaffed.

I've been to Baskin Robbins many times but I didn't know happy hour was from 12.00pm until 3.00pm (Friday) (on selected menu). I ordered Brownie Ala Mode and got discount. It was only at RM 13.00. Yay.
