First and my last visit at here, the price is same with other brand C???? but quality lose them a lot. Order was mixed up with other people, I do request less sweet but instead is double the sweetness, I added another 50% water but still very sweet

I just want to know if cannot deliver my beverage why don't even cancel my order and return back my money. My yesterday order now just became at the beutea app history but I receive nothing. Even i contact the official beutea also do not have any reply.
