I ordered through Foodpanda: the website showed a waiting time of 50 minutes, but we ended up waiting 95 minutes. The bag arrived open and damaged, with the food cold and wrong. I paid to add onions to the burger and they weren’t there; I paid for a medium portion of potatoes and onions, and they brought a small one.

You make the customer wait 5 minutes to order because you check the data individually using a paper list. Normally the customer should come first. We were unable to book online as Apple Pay is not accepted. We tried ordering orange juice

No sate burger, but you put the advertisement in front of the shop and also counter too. If no, can put a notice at the counter. Wait for order food also take time. The waiter already see me, and there is only 2 order before me, she like slow slow and complete order, then come to counter , and say no sate burger. Actually can say earlier, wait long time then say “apa2 pun tiada”? Service attitude poor also. don't know want can said alrdy.
