I asked for chili sauce and serviette. The counter staff basically throws at my food tray. Not sure what happen to BK standards in Malaysia. Overall food and atmosphere was excellent as always.

Had a really nice dine-in experience at Burger King today! 🍔✨ The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and fast with my order. My burger was hot, juicy, and freshly made — fries were crispy and perfectly salted

Ordered breakfast croissant set and had to wait 15 minutes when I’m the only customer. The croissant came burnt and the beef was hard like stick. When I questioned, the service staff said that’s how it should be. The croissant is burnt to black and they said that’s okay and did not apologise or offer replacement. Very poor service.
