Lousy customer service. Table not clean and children is holding some finger food and was stop by the staff say no outside food/ drink to the kids. There was no notice saying that can't. Please provide proper training.

This outlet is definitely cozy. It has lots of seating and the environment is quite relaxing. Other than that, everything is pretty much up to par with other outlets. Chagee taste is pretty much standardized. So nothing to talk about. The service needs improvement especially the waiting time needs.

my favourite spot to wait & chill if I come to parade, service very fast, all staff so friendly and helpful especially Staff named “hanis” and “alang”. They even recognise me everytime I come to chagee ipoh parade !
