Bad service, bad system, please update the current songs. Not everyone likes old songs, when looking for a song to sing it's not in the system. Want to refund but can't, just a waste of time. Mmm first and last time coming here with these aunts not friendly at all.

Customer service is a bit slow and the system is not very sophisticated. If they could treat customers a little more politely, it would be better.
