Very bad! All staff sembang louder hora horay! Only the cashier staff handle front.. collect payment and asking order. WRONG ORDER! but its okay they charged me as what i received.

Grab driver delivered the wrong order but the staff of the empire sushi herself delivered my order way past her work time .. really thankful and appreciate the honesty 🙏🏻 great work empire sushi .. ….

I would like to complain about the staff attitude during my visit. The staff took my order from inside while I was outside, and due to the noisy environment, it was hard to communicate. However, her tone was rude and sounded impatient, which made me feel uncomfortable. I hope the management can improve their customer service.

The service is slow, the queue is long and slow, I wish there were other staff, but only staff who handle orders and cashiers, who think the cashier is also slow, there are no other staff to cover the mess, so the service is slow!
