I rarely shop in Ipoh, simply becoz i don't find retail outlets here appealing. Having said that god bless H&M to have opened up at store here. Walked in with no intentions to buy anything, walked off RM 450 short and that is a guy who has no problem putting purchases off for another day haha kuddos to H&M 🤜🏼🤛🏼🤩🧧

Very rude customer service by the staff(two ladies) at the cashier, terrible service at the evening time on 26th November 2023, they don't know how to speak and treat their customers, and will not go to the H&M shop at Aeon Klebang, Ipoh anymore.

Wouldn’t even give a star to this H&M branch. I know there’s a 24hr reservation policy for the items , but we double confirmed with the Malay staff on 28/3/23 if we could extend the reservation until 1/4/23 and she said yes. All we have to
