Great experience. Hanging out in a room for 4 pax. Sound quality is great, the only downside is the mic! Battery is easily died out and and some noise disturbance coming out here and there. We only sang for two hours, 1 mic need to change once and the other 2 need to change twice. All is great.

I called for service then a guy came. I told him the problem then he went out again. I waited for half an hour for him to fix the sound cuz it was vibrating too much in the room up to a point you can't even hear your voice with the mic. He never came back to fix the sound. Very disappointed.
