Waiting time is longer compared to other branches. Plus everytime sure there is something missing upon collecting. Need to check properly and remind them. Staff is not properly trained, especially dealing with ordering with KFC APPS.

We received orders which not ordered by us. We already paid for our drinks extra but then didnt get the proper set. Plus we asked for Fanta Strawberry float but then we received normal Fanta. I paid extra for Fanta float.. and now my money

Waited at 6:25 till 7:45 for a burger, chicken, fries and coke. While i was waiting a kid wanted to change their chicken to drumstick. And he touched it. Bad hygiene and bad staff.

10mins too long waiting when there is only one person infront of me but 4 workers serving. And the area is smelly like some kind of sewage leaking or rotten food.
