Terrible service at KFC Aeon Pasir Putih. Slim male cashier was rude, slammed items, wore socks with slippers, and my order was missing Jalapeno Cheese Sauce. Absolutely no professionalism and no respect for customers. Worst KFC experience ever!

This KFC is usually my go-to choice, not a long-term customer, but I visit at least once every 1/2 months. The food is decent, but I keep seeing the service getting worse and worse. Giving feedback feels like they don't want to accept it. Not will coming anymore.
