Both staff showed bad attitude and service. Staff are not able to explain correctly when asked. We are not fussy customers, we just require further details on the transaction dispute. Too bad, the staff unwillingly to talk further and showed her sour-face.

The donuts are so delicious. Soft and creamy.. pls don't throw away the matcha menu with batik cake. Too delicious. Service is also tiptop 😃😃 next time I'll repeat it 😉
