Bad attitude! I already scanned the ticket and wanna board the train and the girl using impatient tone that she want to check my ticket, so disrespectful I'm not owing you money!

I have an emergency last minute so rushing to change time for the tickets today. Staff at counter 4 on 20/9/2020 is very helpful and attentive. Didnt manage to get her name, but may God bless her always ❤️
