TERRIBLE experience!!!! The staff seemed quite unprofessional, 1 girl was busy filing my nails for 30mins. The staff couldn’t paint them properly, with extremely visible layers, bubbles, lines, cracks etc. there’s no machine that helps you

Very bad work done on my nails. I bought a voucher for facial & manicure. After facial, I was forced to sign up a package with them. I told them I'll think about it but they kept insisting which in the end I didn't sign up. As for the manicure, I requested a ROUND shaped and she AGREED, after done on one hand, I saw its SQUARE SHAPED!! So I said why square when I requested for round? Then the manicurist said "SQUARE SUITS YOU". So Why earlier she didn't tell me square suits me? Because she already did a MISTAKE on the shape so she gave me an excuse that "square suits me". So she does according to what she likes and not what customer likes? I'm paying for it, it's not free ya. It was an unprofessional work. Bumpy coats and layers. Also the gel colour chipped off after 5 days.The staff are not friendly and not welcoming. Didn't feel relaxed at this saloon like how I usually feel relaxed at other saloons when I get my nails done. This is the first and the last here.

I went for pedicure with gel colour and I need to admit this,they did AMAZING job. The girls were so friendly. All of them. Very professional. especially Joey. This is a place I would definitely come again for my Mani and pedi. Well done.

Don’t trust their promo price, they will tell you that for first time users for the price you pay only a small fee, but in fact the treatment is an express feature for them to cut cost. Spoke to the apparent manager with no decision making
