Yesterday, I went to Mr DIY at Maidin Meru Ipoh . All the staffs were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Actually, most of d staffs in MrDIY ve nice personalities. Keep up d good job.

Location and parking are good. Ambience and cleanliness are good. Products spread and availability are good. Price is good. Service at counter is bad, the payment machine hanged.

The female cashier staff (18/12/2022, 2.15pm) was quite rude when talking to customers while making a frown and rolling her eyes. Even an elderly aunt could talk to her in an annoyed tone, there really is no manners..
