Slow cashier. Customer is waiting and no inform to customer when counter is closed. I've waited paitently, and cashier just let other customer to cut my queue. No common sense

Asking about an item three times just to get ignored by the girl staff. I only got my answer at the fourth time asking the same question. A simple yes or no or even raising hand indicating we might need to wait would be fine but simply walking past us is rude. RUDE.
