It is kind of haywire esp at the cashier counter.the staff should be more alert to the situation where customer need to queue up,the sign is confusing,need extra attention esp during weekend.

Posted 11th December 2025 The department store items are mostly apparel, footwear, and household items. Parking is currently free as at the posting date. There is ample parking in the mall.

It's no wonder people in Ipoh don't want to go to Parkson Sentra mall, apparently there are not many purchases, and looking at the items, they are quite expensive to buy, compared to Aeon mall which used to be cheaper and many people used to go to the AEON MALL company 🤣🤣
