Bought tab 7s here , which having issue inside display after few hours of purchase . When asked ,they blame me drop the phone which ,no external damage. Olso price is expensive then the samsung service centre.

Forgot to bring my Samsung watch charger from NZ, and needed to charge my watch. The young man showed me how to use the power sharing function on my phone to charge my watch. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at this Samsung store. When I asked about computer monitors, the first salesperson didn't know what they were and had to call over another salesman, who also seemed clueless. The response I received was unhelpful and even came across as rude when he asked me if it looked like they sold monitors, pointing to the tablets, phones, and laptops in the store. As a customer, I expect salespeople to have a basic knowledge of the products they are selling. This experience made me question the competence and professionalism of this store. I hope they take steps to train their staff better and improve their customer service. Even if the product is available in the store, I wouldn't spend my money there due to the unprofessionalism and lack of product knowledge exhibited by the sales staff.

I bought I wireless charger today... they give me a fake one... the box inside no serial , no book, just like pasar malam product.. and the box is a bit yellow and old..I ask them is this main distributor from samsung? They say yes.
