Terrible customer service from staff at the cashier girl with specs. Rude and not welcoming. Served cold cheesy chicken roll with ice cold sauce. Please treat paying customer with respect and dignity. A little courtesy goes a long way.

It's another usual Tealive, this one is in the Aeon Mall in Kinta City Ipoh, in the ground floor. It's near the main entrance. It gives a lot of options of drink, including Coffee, tea, and ice blended. The strawberry option is average

I bought two cups of drink and requested an empty cup so that I could split my drink with my kids and was told that they couldn't provide empty cup because their number of cups have to tally with the transactions . What the customer service!!!

The cashier girl was so rude, she didn't take our orders correctly and even didn't give us the change after we paid. When asked, she tapped the casher machine so hard and gave us the change, still not the right amount. Will not go to this place again!
