Located on the 1st floor of Ipoh Parade. Near Evisu shop. Although the queue was long but they were very efficient. Staff were nice and friendly. I ordered Strawberry Yogurt with pudding and it taste good EXCEPT that I disliked the straw. They had changed it to paper straw and I disliked it very much. Paper straw? What?!

I’m disappointed that the staff at this Tealive didn’t follow the order instructions. I specifically selected no ice on my Grab order, but both drinks came filled with ice. I had to manually remove the ice myself, which defeats the purpose of customizing the order.

Tealive Ipoh Parade located at the first floor nearby Uniqlo (easy to find if you are using the middle escalator). The service here is decent. The taste of the drinks are the same with other outlets so clearly they follow the SOP 😂.

I order my drink in foodpanda for delivery on 2:00pm. all of sudden it changed to 2:51pm. the worst service ever from all tealive branch. what did they do for 51 minutes? I only ordered 2 drinks from last night on foodpanda.
