The manager is very unprofessional and impolite. I can't hear what she say so I politely ask again yet she shout at me PEDAS TAK PEDAS. Lol I guess it's a norm at there.

My first bad review is for Texas Chicken at Station 18 Ground Floor. I was very happy to buy my dinner, but the staff had no smile on their faces during the whole process of taking my order, and they used a hurried tone to help me order. I hope the manager of Texas can teach your employees how to treat customers well.

Very poor customer service, my food took almost 30-35 minutes just to be ready, I totally understand if it's took time to be cooked, but the staff was so slow and when me and my friends wanted to ask about my food bc we were waiting for

Please train your staff to be more promptly. Even after 30 min, my food still not ready. This is so ridiculous. It is a fast food chain restaurant, but the staff works as slow as snail. Even the supervisor there did nothing. Be more ready when you have promotion going. Note that there are only few customer and all of them are waiting.

Please re-train your staff. Very poor customer service. Cashier named Syazana is very rude and inpatient. Environment not clean, floor is wet near the beverage refill counter but nobody seen to bother to wipe and clean it.

Average chicken place. Came during a quiet period but there was lots of chicken sitting there waiting to be ordered. Taste was good, got some spicy flavour going on.
