There was a female staff, around 40-50 years old, who followed us very closely, barely a meter away, from the moment we entered the store. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, as customers need space to browse. I didn’t feel any sense

2 Malay staff wearing a headscarf were very rude, asked if there was new stock in other sizes, what did they say, everyone just said it here and showed a bad mood in front of me. After paying, they didn't say anything, what was worse, they went to gossip at the counter. A very bad experience for this shop. very bad customer service

I've been shopping here for a while and it never disappoints. The clothes are stylish, high-quality and reasonably priced. Very Very Bad Experience. Bad experience for me, bought not more than 24 hours can't exchange just only 1 short pant need exchange becoz of the size too small, staff also don't told me about promo item term & condition, manager also helpless to solve customer problem. 😡😡😡
