Service is extremely slow. I have to wait about 15 minutes until the barista attended me. Not included the time that I have to wait for the customer before me who took very long time to install the app to get the buy 1 free 1 promotion. The space inside the premise is not spacious, if three or more customers dining in, it will be packed.

Mind to explain why does my drink is not full at all? Please jangan la macam ni harga dah la RM 15 even without whipping cream, how is this you serve your customer??? I have never experience this before. Ni first zus franchise yang make it this far. Please improve your service and this is not acceptable.

Zus Coffee uses good coffee beans. Their drinks are aromatic. Sweetness has to b carefully adjusted to suit our liking. Ordered matcha hojicha latte n was told it's unsweetened yet it's v v sweet. There are 2 cashier counter in this store,

28th Jan 2025, about 2pm. Stood by the counter for 10mnt before order taken. Almost blank headed staff took order, talk so soft, yet I had to almost yell to order. Waiting for about 30mnts just to get my order wrong. Ignored by other staff
