1. Went to the branch on 30 Nov 2022 at 4:30pm but the staff had a very bad attitude. The two girls staff showed poker face and made noise when we pay using RM50 big notes.

Really bad customer service. We all still buying from you just because of the food but when are you gonna improve your customer service? especially that one staff who always do cashier but never treat customers nicely. Very disappointed

Rude staff. I am waiting for my food and the worker mentioned “lapar sangat takmakan nasi ke pun”. The one with red tshirt. I takde pun cakap anything untuk cepat. Im willing to wait but this kind of services i got? I think the manager should teach your staff on how to treat customers nicely.

Auntie anne had the most scrumptious pretzel..yet the image nearly destroyed by their rude staff. They served customer like we owed them money and took the pretzels for free..seemly annoyed by the customer..we came bringing

The cashier was so rude, I haven’t even finish my question and she seemed so annoyed and cut me off before I could finish my question. When I add on another pretzel into my order, she was sooooo annoyed?! Like Why?? I’ve seen her working

Poor in service ! Staff are very very not friendly for sure ! The menu featured are mostly not available !! Other branches has variety menu but this store only provide a few !! Basic pretzel also not available and STIX IS ALWAYS NOT

pretzel is old,cold and hard. they barely dip in chocolate. not to mention always open shop late..11 am still no bread in the warmer
