It's located on the ground floor of Aeon Kinta City, near the grocery section. Its always crowded. Service can be improved. There seems to be a queue everyday, worse on weekends and holidays. Must say that their food is really quite delicious, but some are probably too sweet. Once in a while is probably ok 😉

Worst customer service that I ever encountered. The staff had very rude worst behavior. I would sack them all if Im the manager. and lot of unavailable items always. It's like we had nothing to lose attitude from the staff. I stopped buying pretzels here

Last year every bread stick was covered with chocolate. Today, only 2 sticks are fully covered while another 4 sticks are like eating dried bread... Disgusting and expensive
