had a FRICKING GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS OUTLET THANKS TO MANAGER DOTTIE FAIZA 😭 came for the bonaza and she let us in even when the kitchen was almost out of ingredients. pastu the order came late and she apologized too cus biasa la bonanza

Incredibly slow service. Waited nearly an hour for just 2 salmon maki and a crab roll. I understand if a place is crowded, but that isn't an excuse for poor time management. It felt very unorganized and unmanaged. Please improve your workflow.

Food is good but service is slow and they don't even care unless u go and ask. Management need to re-train your staff. I dun even recognize which is the manager. Good luck.

I’m giving poor review not because the food is poor, or bad service but so that the branch owner will try to at least get more ppl to work at one time. Poor employees running around covering multiple stations due to i assume lack of staffing.
