It's located on the 1st floor of Aeon Station 18, I always prefer Tea Live than others but this branch was just bad especially with the skinny foreigner guy.

Bad, today I order here station 18 tealive without receipt, I ask the cashier where my receipt? Cashier told me didn't have any receipt because the system down so didn't have any receipt.. But I feel not system problem is staff problem because when they taken the money after that they didn't close the cashier also..

This store is a joke, one order point, everyone queues and starts looking at the menu once they are at the front and block everyone for 5 minutes. Once you ordered after 15 minutes you would think the staff has enough time in between.
