It was my turn to order and the young Malay woman chashier just ignored me even when she ady meet my eyes, not once, but a few times in a row, I was standing right in front of the counter, in front of her. Really rude and disrespectful, it's a good brand, what a shame to have such horrible human being working for the brand.

30min pick up time. Asked once and they said havent get to my turn. Waited too long until they start to get free, and go ask them only they realize that forgot my drink. And tell me the pearl out of stock... so I am forced to have it else I would have been waited 30min for nothing. No wonder the rating here so low...

Usual Tealive outlet. This one is located in the Ipoh Aeon Station 18 Shopping Mall, on the 1st floor. Usually not very crowded, maybe a small queue during weekends. Been here many times, staff seem to be changing. Some tend to be more.

Very bad service from the cashier. I buy a drink via tng. They already deducted my ewallet and it showed successful. By the cashier told my wife that we need to pay in cash, the staff told us, we will be refunded the next day. Without doing any SOP or anythimg.so until this very moment. We still haven't received our refund of payment.
